Ada Zhao has more than 20 years of leadership experience in developing and leading teams that showed exponential business growth under her leadership. Ada has previously worked with a listed medical group, a national healthcare group and a consultancy management company where she also won numerous awards. She is also a key personnel in successfully setting up a medical centre in Shen Zhen and Thailand. With passion on training and education, she is an ACLP trainer as well. As a strategic planner, Ada runs day-to-day operations with ease and has an excellent knowledge of business development matters . Ada is also a calm and pragmatic negotiator who is capable of adapting to last minute change and can run projects from conceptualization to execution. Ada is a strong believer in giving back to society. She is an avid advocate of empowering and improving the lives of woman in our society and her efforts have gained her the admiration and respect of her peers.
